Italy Scandal: Prostitution Ring and Football Players

A scandal has erupted in Italy involving a prostitution ring and Serie A football players. Four arrests were made in Milan in connection with the organization of "parties" in well-known venues.
The arrested individuals allegedly established and exploited a network of prostitutes, with clients including businessmen and players from the Italian football league. The investigation led to the seizure of over one million euros.
According to Italian media, approximately seventy players from teams such as Milan, Inter, Juventus, Sassuolo, and Verona participated in the parties. Testimonies indicate sexual encounters and the use of "laughing gas" (nitrous oxide), which is undetectable in doping tests.
The arrested individuals are accused of money laundering and exploitation of prostitution. The illegal activity continued during the coronavirus lockdown. One of the young women exploited by the ring is reportedly pregnant.
