Sébastien Lecornu Appointed as New Prime Minister of France

Sébastien Lecornu has been appointed as the Prime Minister of France by President Emmanuel Macron, replacing François Bayrou who resigned, according to BFM.

Lecornu becomes the fifth Prime Minister of France in less than two years. He faces the challenge of getting the budget approved by parliament.
