Train Derailment in Denmark: Injuries Reported

Several people have been injured in a train accident in southern Denmark, near Tinglev, after a passenger train derailed. The train was traveling from Copenhagen to Sønderborg. Students from a school in Sønderborg were on board, and reports indicate that students are among the injured.

Police confirmed the incident, stating, "We are at the scene of a train accident with several injured near Tinglev." The country's railway operator, DSB, announced the suspension of all train services between Kliplev and Tinglev, near the Danish border with Germany. The suspension will remain in effect on Saturday.

The fire chief described the incident as a "major disaster." Emergency services from surrounding towns have been placed on alert.
