Tragedy in Mallorca: Father and Son Killed in Plane Crash

A man and his 13-year-old son were killed when their aircraft crashed into the sea near Mallorca, Spain. Spanish rescue services recovered the bodies of the two occupants on Sunday.
The accident occurred around 20:00 on Saturday (21:00 Greek time), near the lighthouse of the port of Sóller, in the northern part of the island. The light aircraft had taken off from an airport in Mallorca two hours earlier.
According to witnesses, the aircraft, an aerobatic plane, was maneuvering before crashing into the sea, about 100 meters from the coast. The search took place in an area with a depth of up to 30 meters.
