Tragedy in Sardinia: 25-year-old dies in car accident

A 25-year-old died in a car accident in Sardinia on Saturday night (October 25). The car, carrying five young people heading to a party, fell from a bridge about 15 meters deep in the Tempio area.

According to the La Nuova Sardegna newspaper, the driver managed to get out of the vehicle on his own and ask for help. Firefighters had to operate in difficult conditions to extricate the occupants. Four injured people were taken to a hospital. Shockingly, one of the firefighters who rushed to the scene was the victim's father.

Police are investigating the causes of the accident.
