Belgian Collector Sold Over 47,000 Third Reich Items

A Belgian collector, known for collecting photos from the execution of prisoners in Kaisariani, has sold over 47,000 items related to the Third Reich through a private platform.
Greek authorities have been mobilized and are expected to meet with the collector in Ghent on Friday to examine the authenticity of the material. The collector, a graduate of Art History from the University of Ghent, has been active since 2015 and has made the items available at prices ranging from 5 to 550 euros.
According to ERT, the collector withdrew his auction after the revelations. He told the Belga news agency that he would keep his distance until he comes into contact with the Greek authorities.
