Bulgaria: Early Elections After Failure to Form Government

Bulgaria is heading to early elections after the three largest parties failed to form a government following the resignation of the previous government last month amid widespread protests.

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev announced the decision after the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) party rejected the last chance to form a government.

Radev stated: "We are going to elections."
