UK: Keir Starmer's Communications Director Resigns

Tim Allan, the communications director for British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, has resigned, one day after the resignation of Morgan McSweeney. McSweeney cited his support for Peter Mandelson.

Keir Starmer is losing two top members of his staff amid revelations about Peter Mandelson and his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

"I have decided to resign to allow the formation of a new team at No10. I wish the Prime Minister and his team every success," Allan stated.

Tim Allan served as an advisor to Tony Blair and was appointed Executive Director of Communications at Downing Street in September 2025.
