Unbelievable Salary: Starbucks CEO Earns 6,666 Times More Than Average Employee

Starbucks CEO, Brian Niccol, earned 6,666 times more than the company's average employee in 2024, receiving nearly $98 million. This is according to the annual Executive Paywatch report by the AFL-CIO.
The report states that Niccol, who took office in September, had one of the largest pay gaps between a top executive and an employee among the 500 largest listed companies in the USA. The average salary of a Starbucks employee was less than $15,000.
