Bosch Announces 13,000 Job Cuts by 2030

German company Bosch has announced plans to cut approximately 13,000 jobs by 2030 due to the crisis in the automotive industry.
The company had already announced a reduction of 10,000 jobs last year. The cuts will mainly occur in production lines within Germany.
Bosch's Director of Human Resources, Stefan Gross, stated that the company needs to work on its competitiveness and reduce its costs. At the end of 2024, the company employed approximately 417,900 people worldwide.
In Germany, the number of employees decreased by 4,500 to over 129,600.
