Norway Not Considering Countermeasures to Trump Tariffs 'For Now'
Oslo is not considering countermeasures against American imports 'for now,' stated the Prime Minister of Norway, one of the countries targeted by Donald Trump's threats of additional tariffs.
'I think we need to think carefully in order to avoid the possibility of a trade war with an uncontrolled course. Such a thing is in no one's interest,' said Jonas Gahr Støre to the NRK television network.
Norway is one of eight countries, along with Britain, France, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Finland, that have been targeted by Donald Trump's threats.
