Antenna Group Acquires GEDI Media Group

Antenna Group has announced the acquisition of GEDI, a leading Italian media and entertainment organization, from EXOR, the Agnelli family's holding company.

The agreement includes the newspaper La Repubblica, radio stations Radio Deejay, Radio Capital and m2o, and media outlets HuffPost Italia, National Geographic and Limes.

This move expands Antenna Group's international presence in Europe and the United States, following the vision of its chairman, Thodoris Kyriakou.

Antenna Group aims to develop GEDI, investing in independent journalism and expanding La Repubblica's presence in new markets.

It also plans to create a radio hub for the Mediterranean region and develop documentary production, streaming platforms, and other activities.
