Trump Announces Increased US Tariffs on South Korean Goods

US President Donald Trump has announced increased tariffs on imports of certain goods from South Korea, citing non-compliance with an agreement by Seoul's legislature.
Specifically, tariffs are increasing to 25% on imports of automobiles, lumber, and pharmaceutical products.
Donald Trump stated in a post that the agreement had been reached with President Lee in July and confirmed during his visit to Korea in October, expressing surprise at its non-approval by the South Korean parliament.
As a result, Trump announced an increase in tariffs from 15% to 25% on products designated as 'mutual tariffs' in the agreement.
