Ankara denies reports of a diplomatic crisis with Lebanon regarding the maritime border delimitation agreement between Lebanon and Cyprus. Turkish sources stated that claims of Turkey's displeasure due to the lack of consultation with Ankara and Damascus are untrue.

The denial does not negate Turkey's reservations regarding agreements on maritime zones in the Eastern Mediterranean without its participation.
