Economist: Turkey and South Korea in the Arms Race

According to The Economist, Turkey and South Korea are emerging as significant players in the global arms market as many countries seek to strengthen their defense capabilities.

South Korea has also entered into significant agreements to sell weapons systems, such as with Poland, and competes with the US in some categories, such as tanks and artillery.

However, both countries face challenges, including increasing competition, brain drain, and restrictions on access to advanced technologies.
