Millions of Ukrainians are facing power outages following Russian attacks on energy infrastructure over the weekend. Ukrenergo, the state energy company, announced scheduled power cuts in various regions.

Russian forces launched hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles, targeting power plants, substations, and transmission lines. President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that crews are working to repair the damage.

In Kharkiv, the subway resumed operations after a two-day shutdown. Ukrainian officials accuse Moscow of seeking to destabilize the country by causing mass displacement.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported more drone strikes, while Russia used Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. Russian forces also destroyed Ukrainian unmanned surface vessels near Tuapse.

The port of Tuapse suspended fuel exports, and the local refinery halted crude processing after Ukrainian drone attacks.
