Erdogan: "I reminded Trump that we paid for the F-35s"

Recep Tayyip Erdogan referred to the F-35 fighter program, from which Turkey was expelled by the United States due to the procurement of the Russian S-400 air defense system.

Referring to his meeting with US President Donald Trump, the Turkish president stated: "I reminded US President Trump that we paid for the F-35 aircraft. We are monitoring developments."
