Pro-Iran Media: Was Cyprus Attack an Israeli 'False Flag' Operation?
Share on:

According to a report by the pro-Iranian Al Mayadeen, a security source warns of potential 'false flag' operations by Israel in the Middle East and Europe. Al Mayadeen, based in Beirut, is reportedly friendly to Iran, Hezbollah, and Turkey.

The source claims that attacks in Cyprus, Azerbaijan, and Riyadh are attributed to Israeli actions, without providing evidence.

The term 'false flag' describes covert operations where the perpetrator's true identity is concealed, and responsibility is attributed to another party.

Meanwhile, an official from the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence warned of a potential Israeli plan to attack the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, which would be blamed on Iran or 'resistance' organizations. The Jerusalem administration reported that Israeli police are planning to restrict access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

These claims have not been confirmed by independent sources, and there has been no official response from the Israeli side.
