Fidan: Israel Manipulating Unrest in Iran

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan claimed that Israel is instigating unrest in Iran, exploiting the genuine grievances of protesters. In statements to TRT Haber, Fidan accused Mossad of using social media to incite Iranians amid economic hardships.

Fidan emphasized that the protests stem from real problems, but Israel is trying to exploit the situation to weaken the Iranian regime. He also expressed the view that Tel Aviv's efforts to exploit internal tensions in Iran will fail.

Ankara appears to be offering support to Iran due to their common adversary, Israel, whose growing influence in the region is causing concern. Fidan argued that the current protests are smaller in scale than previous ones and does not expect the collapse of the Iranian regime.
