France Urges Iran to Maintain IAEA Cooperation

France has called on Iran to maintain its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) following the Iranian parliament's vote to suspend cooperation.
The spokesperson for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: "We expect Iran to immediately return to the path of dialogue in order to achieve a strong, verifiable and lasting diplomatic solution, responding to the legitimate concerns of the international community regarding the Iranian nuclear program."
Furthermore, he emphasized that the goal is an agreement that takes into account the non-proliferation regime, as well as the security interests of Europeans.
