At least one hundred people were killed in the Gaza Strip on Monday, according to medical sources, due to raids or fire by Israeli armed forces. At least 34 people were killed in the bombing of an Internet café.

According to civil defense, many were injured when the seaside café was hit. Ahmed al-Nairab, an eyewitness, described the scene as a "slaughter."

The Hamas press office reported that photojournalist Ismail Abu Hattab was among the dead. Additionally, 11 people were killed near aid distribution centers.

Hamas condemned the "major escalation" of Israeli bombings. Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid stated that Israel has no interest in continuing the war.

Defense Minister Israel Katz said they are nearing the completion of the campaign in Gaza. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected at the White House on July 7.

Since the start of the war, 56,531 Palestinians have been killed, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
