Iran to Open Strait of Hormuz Under Conditions

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced that Tehran is willing to fully open the Strait of Hormuz as part of a two-week truce, provided that US-Israeli bombings cease.
In a post on the platform 'X', which was reposted by Donald Trump, Araghchi stated that safe passage through the Strait would be possible in coordination with the Iranian armed forces.
Additionally, Araghchi announced that it was decided at the highest level to hold US-Iran negotiations in Pakistan for a period of two weeks.
Sources from Iran stated that the current developments do not signify the end of the war, noting that a definitive cessation of hostilities will only be accepted after negotiations are completed. The duration of the ceasefire could be extended if there is an agreement between the two sides.
