Iran: Pezeshkian Accuses Israel and US of Misinterpreting Comments

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that his comments regarding the Gulf states were misinterpreted by the 'enemy'. He claimed that Israel and the United States aim to sow discord between Iran and its neighbors.

Speaking on state television, Pezeshkian emphasized the need for good relations with neighboring countries, but stressed that Iran will respond to any attacks. He clarified that this does not imply a dispute with any neighboring country.
