Israel Seeks to Put Hostage Issue at Center of International Agenda

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar stated that he wants the issue of hostages held in Gaza to be at the 'center' of the global stage.

Sa'ar mentioned that he will discuss the matter at a special session of the United Nations Security Council. 'The international community must put an end to the phenomenon of kidnapping civilians. It must be at the center of the global stage,' he stated.

Sa'ar will participate in the UN Summit on Tuesday.
