Israel on Alert: US Strike on Iran Expected Soon

Israel is on high alert, with assessments converging on the belief that US President Donald Trump may soon decide on a large-scale military operation against Iran. The likely cause is the non-acceptance of American terms in negotiations.
A diplomatic source, as reported by Al Jazeera, claims that "American patience may run out faster than Tehran estimates."
According to the newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, the working assumption is that Iran could launch missiles against Israel even if Israel does not directly participate in US strikes. Civil defense and rescue services have been placed on high alert.
The White House spokeswoman stated that there are many reasons for a possible attack, adding that diplomacy remains the first option, but the president will do "what is best for the US."
American military reinforcements, including fighter jets and naval forces, have been transferred to the region in recent days. In the event of an operation, Israel may also participate, targeting ballistic missile infrastructure. Israeli estimates suggest that a possible conflict could last for weeks and involve the Houthis and Hezbollah.
Israel postponed a meeting of the Security Cabinet, possibly to avoid miscalculations by the Iranian side.
