Kabul: Four Killed in Pakistan Bombing

At least four people have been killed and 15 wounded in an airstrike that hit Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. A Taliban spokesman reported that the target was "civilian homes" in eastern Kabul.
Khalid Zadran, a Taliban spokesman, said via X that in the Guzar area, in the 21st district of Kabul, "civilian homes were hit in a bombing by the Pakistani regime." According to him, the victims include women and children.
A senior Pakistani security official confirmed to Agence France-Presse that the Pakistani air force carried out airstrikes in Afghanistan, targeting specific targets linked to the Pakistani Taliban (TTP).
The de facto Taliban government in Afghanistan announced that the Pakistani air force bombed Kabul and other areas, causing casualties. Government spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said women and children were killed.
The Pakistani government has not made an official statement. Afghan authorities have launched investigations into the causes and circumstances of the attack.
