Kimberly Guilfoyle: US-Greece Relationship Thriving

The US Ambassador to Greece, Kimberly Guilfoyle, emphasized the strong relationship between the US and Greece in her New Year's message.

She mentioned that 2026 will mark the 250th anniversary of US independence, highlighting that it is a special honor to celebrate this anniversary from Greece, the birthplace of democracy.

Ambassador Guilfoyle also referred to the historic agreements on LNG, innovation initiatives, and strengthened cooperation in the fields of energy, trade, defense, education, culture, and shipping.

"Thank you for your friendship, cooperation, and vision. You are the reason the United States and Greece relationship is thriving, may our alliance shine even brighter," she concluded in her message.
