Kir Starmer: UK Involvement in War is Defensive

UK Prime Minister Kir Starmer has assured that the country's involvement in the war remains defensive, aimed at protecting British citizens and London's allies in the Middle East.
Starmer praised the British Navy for its actions, following the departure of the destroyer Dragon to Cyprus. The decision to deploy the destroyer was made a week prior.
In a debate in the House of Commons, Kir Starmer rejected criticism of delays in the destroyer's departure, noting that the Air Force has completed 230 hours of defensive operations, shooting down dozens of drones.
Kemi Badenoch stated that if she were Prime Minister, the Dragon would have departed earlier.
