Macron Condemns Iran's 'Unacceptable' Attacks on UAE

French President Emmanuel Macron has condemned Iran's attacks on the United Arab Emirates, calling them 'unacceptable.' The attacks, carried out with unmanned aerial vehicles and cruise missiles, are the first since a ceasefire in the region over a month ago.

Mr. Macron, via X, stressed that the strikes against civilian infrastructure in the Emirates are unjustified. He also assured the UAE of France's support and reiterated his call for the opening of the Strait of Hormuz and the conclusion of an agreement guaranteeing the security of the countries in the region.
