Marco Rubio: Progress in Ukraine Talks, But Still a Way to Go

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that talks to end the war in Ukraine are making progress, but there is still a way to go.

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Rubio emphasized that the talks are not aimed at imposing an agreement and that the final issues are the most difficult.

Ukrainian negotiators are starting a new round of talks with the U.S. team regarding proposals to end the war with Russia, as stated by Rustem Umerov.

Umerov also mentioned that Kyiv's European partners will participate in the talks.
