Medvedev: Trump is 'Asking for It' with Sanctions on Moscow

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has accused the Trump administration of 'asking for it' with Moscow, following the announcement of new sanctions against Russian energy companies.
In a Telegram post, Medvedev wrote that 'the U.S. is our enemy' and that the 'talkative peacemaker' Trump has fully aligned himself with 'crazy Europe'.
Medvedev described the Trump administration's decisions as an 'act of war' against Russia, referring to the cancellation of a summit in Budapest and the imposition of sanctions.
