Netanyahu: Trump Creates Conditions for Iran Deal, but Reservations Remain

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed hope that US President Donald Trump is "creating the conditions" for a potential "good deal" with Iran, despite his reservations.
Following his meeting with Trump at the White House on Wednesday, Netanyahu stated that he expressed his "skepticism," emphasizing that any eventual agreement should include elements "very important to Israel."
Specifically, he referred to ending Tehran's nuclear program, restrictions on its ballistic missiles, and support for armed organizations such as Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis.
The Trump-Netanyahu meeting, held behind closed doors, lasted two and a half hours. Trump called it "very good," but no major decisions were announced.
Netanyahu noted that the discussion focused on negotiations with Iran and that Trump wanted to hear his opinion.
