Netanyahu to Present Iran Stance to Trump

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated he will present his views on Iran to US President Donald Trump during their meeting in Washington on Wednesday.

According to Netanyahu, discussions will focus on US negotiations with Iran, as well as issues such as Gaza and the wider region. Netanyahu will push for a tougher US stance against Tehran's ballistic missile program.

The meeting follows talks between Iran and the US in Oman. Iran has called on the US to resist 'destructive influences' that could derail the talks.

Analysts claim Netanyahu is wary of any agreement with Iran and wants Iran's ballistic missiles to be included in any deal on the nuclear program.

The Netanyahu-Trump meeting is scheduled for 11 a.m. local time.
