Argentine President Leaves Event After Mob Attack

Argentina's President, Javier Milei, was removed by his security detail during a public event in the province of Buenos Aires on Wednesday after protesters threw objects at his car, according to Reuters witnesses.

The president was campaigning ahead of upcoming midterm elections when protesters began throwing bottles and stones.

Milei's spokesman, Manuel Adorni, stated on platform X that there were no injuries.
