Trump Considers Limited Military Strike on Iran

U.S. President Donald Trump stated today that he is considering a limited military strike against Iran, without providing further details.

Asked whether he was considering a limited strike to pressure Iran to agree to its nuclear program, Trump told reporters at the White House: "I guess I can say that I am considering that."

The Iranian Foreign Minister stated today, the day after Donald Trump's ultimatum, that a draft nuclear agreement would be ready "within two or three days" and that his country would then present it to the USA. Abbas Araghchi told MSNBC that he would present a proposal for a possible agreement to his American counterparts, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.

The Iranian Foreign Minister led the Iranian delegation in negotiations with the U.S. in Geneva on Tuesday, mediated by Oman.
