Four people, including three children, were injured in a Russian drone strike in Odesa, Ukraine, on Tuesday night, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the city's military administration.

The drone strike damaged apartment buildings and infrastructure, particularly energy infrastructure, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the regional military administration. Two children, ages 8 and 14, and a 7-month-old infant were injured. A 42-year-old man is in serious condition.

The strike comes amid escalating tensions between Kyiv and Moscow. Kyiv denies Moscow's accusations of a Ukrainian drone strike against the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a meeting with leaders of countries aiding Ukraine on January 6 in France, following a meeting of security advisors in Ukraine on January 3.
