Ukraine: Russia Seeks False Pretexts for Attacks, Says Foreign Minister

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha accused Russia of seeking false pretexts to carry out new attacks on Ukraine. He urged world leaders to condemn Russia's "manipulations" regarding the alleged Ukrainian attack on Vladimir Putin's residence.
Sybiha stated that Moscow is trying to find "false excuses" to justify further attacks. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the Russian accusations "false" and mentioned that he discussed the matter with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
"Usual Russian tactic: accuse the other side of something you are doing or planning," Sybiha stated.
