Ukraine: Russians Abduct 50 Ukrainians from Sumy Region

Russian troops have abducted approximately 50 Ukrainians from a village in the Sumy region and transported them to Russia, according to Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets.
In a Telegram post, Lubinets stated that Russian forces captured residents of the village of Hrabovske, near the Russian border, on Thursday. The residents were held captive without communication before being abducted to Russia on Saturday.
Lubinets has appealed to the Russian Human Rights Commissioner and the Red Cross. He urged Ukrainians to evacuate from border areas.
Oleh Hrihorov, the military commander of Sumy, reported that evacuation operations are ongoing, including residents who had previously refused to leave.
