US Warns of Potential Military Actions in Central and South America

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a warning to airlines regarding potential military actions and GPS interference in areas of Central and South America.

The notices cover parts of Mexico, Panama, Colombia, and Ecuador, as well as parts of the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California. The warning is valid until March 17, 2026.

The FAA points out that there are potential risks for aircraft at all altitudes and calls on airlines to remain vigilant for possible navigation interference.
