Russia Denies Missile Strike on Kharkiv

The Russian Ministry of Defense has denied reports of a Russian missile strike on Kharkiv, Ukraine. According to the ministry, the information about the attack is false.

The Ministry of Defense in Moscow accuses Kyiv of seeking to mislead international public opinion away from a Ukrainian drone strike in the Kherson region.

The Moscow-appointed regional governor, Vladimir Saldo, reported that at least 28 people lost their lives due to the attack. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke of a Russian strike on Kharkiv with two missiles.
