Russia-Ukraine: New Prisoner of War Exchange
Russia and Ukraine have carried out another prisoner exchange, officials from both countries announced, under the agreement recently reached in Istanbul.
The news was reported by the Russian news agency TASS, citing an anonymous source. RIA news agency reported that the two sides exchanged the same number of prisoners, but the number of soldiers was not specified.
