Russia: Three Killed by Ukrainian Drones in Rostov Region

Three people were killed in Ukrainian drone attacks in the Rostov region of Russia. Two of the victims were crew members of the tanker Valery Gorchakov.

The attacks hit the port of Rostov-on-Don and the city of Bataisk. In Bataisk, one person was killed and seven were injured, while two houses were destroyed.

The regional governor stated that an oil spill was avoided. Ukraine and Russia accuse each other of attacking non-military vessels.

Vladimir Putin has threatened to cut Ukraine off from the sea following Ukrainian attacks on Russian tankers.
