Russian Strike Near Chernihiv: One Dead, Two Injured

One person was killed and two others were injured in a Russian missile strike near the city of Chernihiv in Ukraine. According to local officials, a Russian ballistic missile hit a humanitarian demining mission.

The mayor of Chernihiv, Dmitro Brizhinskiy, reported via Telegram that the mission members were demining the area at the time of the attack.
