White House Summit: Potential Putin-Zelensky Meeting

Donald Trump announced a potential trilateral meeting with Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky following talks at the White House regarding the war in Ukraine.

Trump stated he proposed a bilateral meeting between Putin and Zelensky, followed by a trilateral meeting including himself. The talks also concerned security guarantees for Ukraine, in which the U.S. will be involved.

Zelensky thanked Trump for his efforts to end the war. The summit also included European leaders such as Ursula von der Leyen and Emmanuel Macron.
