National security advisors from the E3 countries will meet with officials from the European Union, the US, and Ukraine in Geneva to discuss the proposed peace plan.

The E3 is an informal security alliance of France, Britain, and Germany.

A source from the German government stated that a European draft peace proposal, based on the American proposal, was sent to Ukraine and the US administration.

On Monday, EU leaders will meet during an EU-Africa Summit in Luanda to discuss the American plan for peace in Ukraine, said European Council President Antonio Costa.

"The American draft of the 28-point proposal includes important elements that will be necessary for a just and lasting peace," Costa wrote in a post.

"We are ready to engage to ensure that a future peace is sustainable. I have also invited the 27 EU leaders to a special meeting on Ukraine, on the sidelines of an EU-Africa Summit in Luanda on Monday."
