NATO Military Chiefs Conferenced on Ukraine

The military chiefs of NATO member states convened via teleconference to discuss the situation in Ukraine. The head of the Alliance's military committee noted they had an 'excellent, honest discussion' regarding the outcomes of recent talks surrounding the conflict.
Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, in a post on social media platform X, affirmed support for Ukraine and emphasized that a just, credible, and lasting peace remains a priority.
The teleconference was one of three meetings held today. The chiefs of defense forces from the so-called 'coalition of willing countries' met in person in Washington. Additionally, the Council of the European Commission also met today to update its members on diplomatic contacts over the past two days concerning Ukraine.
