Turkish Press: 'Egypt tells Greece to stop'

The Turkish press is celebrating Egypt's reaction to Greece regarding the delimitation of maritime zones. The newspaper Turkiye reported that Egypt sent a note verbale to Athens, rejecting the Greek plan as contrary to its interests.
According to the newspaper, Egypt expressed full opposition to Greece's Maritime Spatial Plan, stating that the boundaries overlap with Egyptian maritime jurisdictions. The Turkish side views this move as strengthening its position in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Turkish newspapers portray this development as a diplomatic victory and a strategic alignment between Ankara and Cairo.
