Trump: Ukraine Proposal Not Final – New Developments

Donald Trump stated that the 28-point proposal for Ukraine is not a ultimatum. Answering a journalist's question, Trump clarified: "No", referring to whether his proposal is final.

When asked what would happen if Zelenskyy rejects the agreement, he replied: "he can continue to fight with all his heart."

This statement significantly changes the climate, as in previous days it was estimated that Trump was setting a tight dilemma for Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The agreement includes terms such as ceding territories already held by Russia and additional areas under Ukrainian control, as well as amnesty for war crimes.

European allies were surprised by the American moves, as they had not been informed about the content of the negotiations.

Vladimir Putin stated that Moscow received a copy of the plan and estimated that it could form the basis for a peaceful settlement.
