Donald Trump expressed optimism about a mutually acceptable solution to the Iran issue, despite the increased military presence in the Middle East. In his statements, he mentioned that Iran is negotiating seriously.

Answering a question about whether he has made his final decision on Iran, Trump stated that he could not give such an answer. However, he did not rule out the possibility of military conflict, although he tempered his previous statements.

'We have very large, powerful ships heading there. I hope they negotiate something that will be acceptable,' Trump said.

Regarding the statement by the Saudi Arabian Defense Minister that a US withdrawal would encourage Tehran, Trump replied: 'Some believe that and others do not. If you can reach a satisfactory agreement without nuclear weapons, then you should do it. I don't know if they will, but they are talking to us, they are talking to us seriously.'
