Trump: 'Substantial' Response to Canada-China Trade Deal

US President Donald Trump has warned that the US will respond in a 'very substantial' way if Canada proceeds with a trade agreement with China.

'If they make a deal with China, yes, we will do something very substantial,' Trump said from Air Force One.

Trump expressed concerns that such an agreement would allow China to gain control of Canada. He also stated he would impose 100% tariffs on Canada if they finalize a trade deal with China.
